Macbeth shoes are actually pretty nice even though most hardcore sneaker guys probably wouldn't be caught dead in them. Lightweight, slim, very comfortable, and I get a lot of good comments on them. The Rindel model is pretty similar to the german army sneakers this forum loves so much.

The Journey's chain of stores carries them, plus Trash and Vaudeville. They run small so I suggest sizing up a half size.
