Sounds a lot like peaches but I'm pretty sure it isn't. Googled the lyrics that I remembered and came up with zip.

Electro popish with almost all female vocals - very repetitive lyrics. Pretty sure its from the states. These are the main lines that get repeated over and over

-Saddle Up

-Go bezurk (sp?)

-I wanna lick your back

Pretty vague I know. Didn't write much down as I though that would have been enough for a google search. For the Sydney siders I heard it on FBI just before sunsets started.
