f-troupe shoe sizing

does anyone know the sizing compared to...let's say vans? i generally wear a size 8 and i'm hoping f-troupe shoes run small so i can fit a size 42.

also, does anyone know where i can find these besides oaknyc.com for chances of a smaller size? preferably in los angeles or online?

They seem to run pretty true to size. I have a pair of f-troupe plimsolls in size 41 and I normally wear size 42. They fit, but they're a little tight.

They run true to size in everything without a lining. In anything with a lining, I would size down 1. I wear a 10 in Vans and a 42 in lined and a 43 in unlined f-troupe.
