how much are they supposed to shrink?

also, could you please tell me the measurements on the waist for both large and medium?i wanna know if the t-shirts flare from pit to pit to bottom, don't have any exprience with AAA tees, and i hate when t-shirts do that. if pit to pit measurement is the same as at the waist, that's perfect
