I ahve no clue, but even for smaller magazines, chapters/indigo is a good place to check. You can call and they(atleast from my experience) have a database or atleast list of magazines that they have.

If Chapters doesn't have them check Da zone, GDFt and all the ususal spots.

^ you can't buy sneakerjack at any of those places. your best bet is ebay. when an issue comes out there are usually a few sellers selling it for about $20. i have vol.4 from 2003 if you're interested in buying back issues.
