I have this Hare jacket I purchased through japanhookup that I recieved last week. It's brand new (Tags are not entact but I have them.) I've tried it on and it doesn't fit me. It's tagged as M but it fits like a small.

Top of shoulder to end of sleeve: 26"

Length of whole garment from head opening: 21"
