Shoe stuffing with converse?

I bought a pair of john varvatos slip on all stars, got a good price for them, but one problem. I bought a 12 when I wear an 11 normally. I heard that you're supposed to get .5-1 size smaller, but this seems a bit too big for me. Whats the best way to stuff the shoes? they seem to be about .25-.5 inches too big

you are stupid for buying a 12. i guess you could try a thick insole.

oh, forgot to mention i do have a custom insole for my flat feet. So that might help a bit

Just tried it, fits a lot better, all i need to do is maybe get a thin sole

If you got them for cheap, then you should sell them for profit, and get the right size.
