So true. Walcott hasn't been nearly as good in arsenal as he was in southampton. But you have to remember that the guy is only 17 years old. He will only get better.

Walcott's just inconsistent more than anything. On his day I've seen him take some very good defenses to pieces, and he saved their arses against Hamburg in the Chamion's League this season.

to be fair to him (lennon) he puts in far more crosses than shots. he's improving all the time.

and walcotts fuckin fast - he'll improve, im certain. i dont love the idea o really young kids bein bought up from lower division clubs - they dont get the same growth and evolution as players. i say that jus as we are tryin hard for bale at the mo.

Everytime I watch lennon, he just creates so many opportunities. Most of the time it ends up not working out, but thats most often due to his own players not being able to keep up.

He feeds in decent crosses, they just don't handle them well.
