quality replacement Watch Bands / Straps?

Anyone know any good sources of replacement watch straps? This is a standard watch, i'm not gonna do the Nixon/Fossil bracelet cuff. But I also don't want something too GQ that would belong on a gucci watch. Maybe just some plain, thick leather. ??

try a watch store/jeweler, theyre the ones with expertise in the matter
