Ordering from 2nd

I sent an email to Rakuten 2nd about some S5000BK and I got back an email in Japanese. I put it through google translator and got a jumbled response. What I got basically is that it is possible to ship to the US, and it will cost 4000 yen.

heres the message... is there anything important that Im missing. Also, how should I respond if I want to make an order? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I've had them send me the same email. I used to google and sent them a reply saying cool, I'll pay, I love you guys. I also formatted my address exactly as I wanted it on the package and sent that along as well. I don't know what rakuten does to my address but I've had stuff show up without a zip and other stuff.
