tight dior jeans!

Did I read somewhere here that people were loving the Dior jeans? I thought I did and the other day when I was browsing through Saks I saw these faded grey ones and decided to try them on. They were very nice actually and considering how I dont have any grey jeans I wanted to get them but they didn't have my size. THey were in European sizes only and they didn't have anything smaller than a 48. Well I was really curious to try on the ones that would fit so I asked where the Dior store was and I went there on 57th. I saw the kind that I think were the same kind at Sak's except these only had american size tags on them. I'm not sure if they were the exact same kind. Well I tried a 31 and the waist was way too loose on me. So then I went to a 30 and to my utter shock, I couldn't even slip them over my thighs! I must have tried on all their jeans styles in the store and each of them were circulation-cutting tight in the thighs. I am by no means fat, in fact I'm on the sllimmer side -- 5'10", 150lbs. How in hell do people fit into those jeans??? Is it just me?

tiz true, the smaller sizes run amazingly small but the bigger sizes are quite loose for the actual size...

the jeans are all based on the levis 512s/901s,.. that all us indie kids in LONDON wear....i bump into Hedi quite alot at gigs spoke to him a few times... while we were both doing photograhpy.. hes such a cool geezar and very very dedicated to his work amazing taste in music icon_smile_cool.gif

always dreessed pritty much the same... he touts all his models from these gigs a few ofmy ...taller skinner and PALER looking mates model for him...you just have to look as white as a sheet, been smoking Bone for a few months (which may i add dont look too healthy) and have ultra skinny bastard legs n.. lank hair

dior homme is the best researched collection of our time...dont look amazing but he has pritty much everything he wanted in there super glamorised the whole SCENE...

Let me see if I remember, I feel like I tried on the entire store...Ok so there were at least 2 types of grey ones. Slightly faded grey with white whiskers in the groin area, typical. Of course there were different cuts as with what happened to me -- i first tried on a pair 31s that were supposedly "normal." They slipped up my thighs just fine but the waist was too big. When I asked for the 30s the salesperson gave me what we both thought were the same style but in 30s but apparently it was a different cut -- the super skinny one which I could not get up past my thigh. There was a 3rd type of grey jeans -- the one with the glitters on it. No thanks, not for me...:-). Then I decided to try the other colors and washes -- there were two blue ones. A rich deep blue one with fading in the thighs and knee, and a duller blue one wiht the same pattern of fading. Apparently the duller blue was a "vintage" style and were about $590 as opposed to the regular blue which were I think $470. That was pretty much it, about 2 blue knids and a few grey styles. Regardless, I couldn't fit into any of them. It even reached a point where the salesperson brought out a pair of regular pants instead of jeans thinking I might go for them, perhaps out of desperation. I felt bad too cuz there he was hopping to and fro all over the place and and what must have been 45 minutes later I left with nothing.

They all LOOKED very nice but I just couldn't fit into them and I wrote this rant because never in a million years did I (who has been skinny all my life) think I would ever have this much trouble fitting into a pair of jeans.

i neeeed the grey ones..

yeh i know your dihlema man, there all strangly cut if there the skinnies ther VERY skinny to emphasise the skinnyness of them its what gives them the look above 30.. and the fit is not really in the TRUE TRUE style of the collection in my opinion ther just for people who want the look even though they cant have it...

all you have to look out for is the leg hem... whether its 19 /21cm is what you have to look for!

i need those grey ones ....by the sounds of it theyre selling quite alot differnt ones to LONDON AND PARIS!!
