This is a brand new with tag Hoolywood Trading Company belt from the F/W 2006 collection. I am a true 31 waist, and this belt fits me on the second last hole form the end. Since i like the end to be hang out a little bit more than that as the only stud is located at the end, i think this belt will look perfect on a 28-30 waist person. I paid this belt for $190US, and since i have never wear it, i am asking for $190US shipped. PM me if interested.
