Zara, Topman, Swear, Dior Homme, maybe APC or April 77. Just try a high street store or a label which copies off Dior Homme circa 03-05.

mine are gone now, but to the OP, you can get white jazz dance shoes, real Repettos (about US$250), Diors (about $350+) or find some cheap brands making some. There's a cheap label in Japan selling some this season: www.rageblue.jp I dunno how you'd get them but theyre only like 8000Y.
