501xx 1937 fit

The only 501xx I own are the 55's as the 40's models are to tight fitting on me . I'm thinking of buying a a pair of 501xx 37's and was wondering how these fit compared to say the 55's? I like a bit of room in my jeans as I have quite heavy legs but don't want anything to baggy if you can understand that:-) Cheers.

I have both the 37 501s and the 37 201s. The 201s are much nicer jeans and the fir snugger than the 55s and 44s. The 37 201s run really small in the waist. They show up raw on e-bay from time to time.
