WTB: Winter coat. I am short.

I am short (5'4") with short arms (about 22" shoulder to wrist or so). I can't find a coat that fits at all.

Ideal sizing:

17" shoulders

20" chest

22-23" sleeves

Length whatever (34? 35?)

I'm half convinced I should just get one of those Sz 2 Attachment coats floating around and shorten the sleeves.

But I'm wondering what else is out there. Let me know.
