TIME TO ANSWER QUESTIONS IN THE WDYWT THREAD!

"so i ask again, why not get some brakes installed?"

Like mlproject said in the wdywt thread (lazy to copy and paste.)

Im comfortable riding around with my bike. My timing and angle was WAY off last nite. Oh well. I knew something was wrong yesterday.

Dodged 2 cars coming from both directions at the sametime, hit all greens while mashing in the rain, and decided to shop for CDs...

Lucky me.

At least it gave me a reason to start building up my bike...Damnit.

Now Ima wait around youtube and see if theres a vid of me...

Are these good bikes for the price ? Compared to traditional brands ?

We've shifted all the bike talk over to a thread in supertrash (aptly named; "bikes") but to answer your question... I'd say a little overpriced. They're apparently rather hard to get a hold of since they were only made in limited numbers as well.

To be honest, if you went for something like a Specialized Langster you'd be getting something very similar but with a better spec. for less money. Though admitedly, it wouldn't be nearly as cool as that Alta.
