ww2 impressions denim

I recently saw a blog post about WW2 Impressions' denim offerings. The price seems good, too good to be true almost.

I was just curious if anyone had any experience or could speak to the quality?

They claim to be 'to the stitch reproductions' and it looks like good denim, construction... but again never having seen it in person I am curious if it is worth it or not?

I ordered a pair of navy pants from them. The fit was period correct: very high rise and wide leg. Probably, not what most people here would like. This might not be the case for the jacket. The pants also ran large: size 30 was about 32" in the waist.

As for the quality, I did not study them too closely, but one of the belt loops was almost completely separated from the waist.

Ive thought about buying that jacket a few times. I should just man-up and get it.

wow would be very surprised if this was US made at that price!

mind you the real stuff is selling for thousands $$$ at the moment so its a great alternative to coughing up serious cash!
