I am pretty sure those are repros. That housemark label was from the 30s and 40s ( I just sold a pair not long ago). Also that button does not look quite right to me. If they were real Housemark Lees in that good of shape they would go for about $150-200. The pockets and stitching definately does not look like depression era jeans. As always, I could be wrong.
