Faded Chambray

Sorry if this has been asked before (I searched and couldn't find it), but I'm looking for a nice faded chambray workshirt with simple details, just two plain pockets preferably. I've been searching for one forever, and have found a few that I like but the fit always seems to be off, like with this one for example:

Does anyone know of a site/brand/whatever that might carry a fitted, simple light chambray/denim shirt like this? I'm a pretty small guy (about a small in BoO), which is why a lot of brands don't really cut it on the fit. Appreciate it
