I'd say if you want a fashion jacket you're looking at $1000-1500 vs. $500 or so for the traditional American type. If you're going for skinny, it's going to be tough to find one for a reasonable price but regardless of the look you want, they're all up on ebay for a fraction of the cost, just will take some time to find the right one.
