paint stains

Anyone got tips for removing vinyl paint stains from denim without damaging the indigo or leaving spot fades? Cheers.

What kind of denim?

Very dark one wash. It's water based vinyl paint but I'm reluctant to rinse them through because they're not ready for it yet.

If it were me, I would leave it alone and let the paint wear off and in to the denim naturally.

It will only add to the character of the jeans down the line.

However, if you just cant deal with the stains, scrape them off as best you can with something plastic like a credit card. If you wipe them with anything wet you will end up with lighter spots later on, which also could be considered as added character.
