New. Tried on a couple of times, never worn.

Rough measurements:

waist across 37.5 cm (about 14.75")

length 99 cm (39") slightly altered but expertly so (edit: ok, so they're quite altered, but I can't be the only shorty out there)

hem 21cm

you should double check your measurements as these look more like 21cm than 19cm

the inseam looks about 29 inches
