Yes, true to size in terms of Nike/Reebok, go half a size up for SBs though.....

sb's have some serious comfy cushioning, if you go true to size they fit like a tight glove. i prefer to go up maybe half a size. i bought my halloween dunks in size 10. normally i wear size 9.5, 9 for low shoes like vans, slip-ons, etc.
