Looking for a pair of boots.

I've been searching for sometime now for a pair of boots to wear during the colder, nastier days here in Jersey. The only problem is that all of the ones that I have found are either too dressy or too god awful for my taste. I'm looking for something that looks a lot like this.

These are plain enough where I can get away with wearing them wither a button up plaid shirt or even a sweater when it's colder out. Can anyone suggest a decent pair for me. Also nothing too high end too, I'm not into that.
