Tracking from Canada

I purchased an item from inconduit, and am trying to trace this package from Canada.

I've been entering the tracking # and it states the track # can't be found.

Somehow inconduit says it's registered on the online system... Is there something I am missing, cuz I sure can't seem to track this. Might think I just got scammed...

i tracked it at canadapost.ca and it's registered, but all it says is that the package was received at the post office, and that was five days ago. i'll give a call and look into it, it should have more updates on it.
