it would work as a ss or a fixed gear. And Iro's are good frames. There's a reason they're becoming popular.

Single speed or fixed, works for both as it has the track ends and is drilled for front and rear brakes (so SS is no problem). It is a very good quality frame, and I am not just saying that because I am selling it. It is Italian tubing, very light weight. I am not sure how much mine weighs, but the 56cm weighs around 4.6lbs.

This is like the current Mark V IRO makes but better tubing, weighs less as well. Weighs less than the general budget frames made of 4130 CroMoly.
