they fit about a size too big and the toe is slightly lifted so u have even more room, so i would say they would fit a 9-9.5. perfect.

im size 9. I wear size 42 for all the ann shoes from 2007. For a few pairs from past season I wear 41.5.

and the width is about 4.5''

that matches up with a couple of my dress shoes which are 8.5D
