Quality sweatshirts and hoodies

I'm looking for a high quality sweatshirt, but I can't seem to find anything... I want 100% cotton, heavyweight (10oz +) and preferably french terry, combed cotton and long cuffs/waist band. And it must be blank...

Any ideas? Preferably european or american.

I was thinking more like a vintage model... Like Healthknit for example, but it's impossible to get in EU.
