  1. Sugar Canes Lot 1947... BNWT... for sale. Size 34. One-wash. Red tab and arcs These are c20 years old, based on OO's M-series guide (towards the bottom of page 1) I acquired them last year for £230 all in. Looking to recoup the same ideally... however shoot me a DM to discuss. Unworn. Reluctant sale. Reason - they are too small for me! Measurements - remember these are one-wash so they will stretch Waist 41cm - this will stretch by about 2cm Inside leg 85cm Front rise 31cm Back rise 42cm Thigh at crotch 33.5cm And a few pics of them out in the wilds of Sheffield...
  2. Multi functional clothing ftw!
  3. ^ yeah that's the purpose. Some repro brands issue them with rope for hanging dry too
  4. Depends what you're wearing under it mate. If it's the same cut as previous batches, these feel more denim jacket than denim blouse and are a toucher longer, relatively speaking
  5. Good price that but I'm gonna have to pass as I've got some SCSC 42s coming soon
  6. Missed commenting on this mate... apologies... what did you go for in the end?
  7. @jkbrwn imo with a nice suit, dressier shoes will keep it looking nice... the wrong shoe could ruin the suit... it's not possible to be half pregnant To wear with both suit and casually.... I have these Alden Bronco Blutchers on a military 379x last... work well with a suit just about and can also be dressed down with stuff like WW2 jeans, white socks of course and a Sun Surf shirt... I see the price has risen and is ott... so Sanders military derby is worth a look though I've never tried them on
  8. Similar situation... I asked Buaisou if I could pay in Yen and they said yes. Worth the question. A deliberate mark up exclusively for internationals is off the mark... unless there is a justication I can't think of?
  9. Good stuff... as the Sufu man-on-the-ground, it'd be appreciated if you could find out when the one-pocket late 1800s pair is coming and what the measurements are? Understand a measurements chart may be extremely hard to come by, but if you get one you'll win the internet that day ... cheers!!
  10. Vintage / SCSC 1943 tux / FW / @Duke Mantee / Brother Bridge
  11. ... which usually calls for fit pics, of course 😀
  12. @Double 0 Soul nice... is it yours?
  13. Haha. I never knew why it was like that. I remember thinking wtf's this but just cracked on, oblivious. Just looked now and can see there are themes to choose - well I never knew. Honest. But agreed... ironically very fitting
  14. Also this... I remembered we discussed it a year ago...
  15. This... from the man who has both 42 and WW2 models
  16. @Broark has the '42s and the WW2 so will be able to comment on the denim used (I thought it was the same denim but let's see)
  17. @CSL Congratulations!! Looks like you enjoyed the formalities!!
  18. ^ which bits Doc, which bits??
  19. I considered that would be equitable... but how would I track him down to collect my dues... there are no pics to say 'have you seen this man' as I scour London town shouting Maynard... 😉
  20. Haha... happy to pay you 20% of the profit from any such sale... 😉
  21. ... and me too! Well, for now at least... BNWT too Indeed... ... and any new SC-47s will not have a red tab and will not have arcs So the 'original' SC-47s that have a red tab and arcs are truely a collectible pair eh Not many around either 😉
