  1. Tut tut young man, Bruce is wearing s pair of Big E's in this iconic shot 😁
  2. Oh l'm not looking to buy, got those FW42's in my crosshairs but that's about it for me atm. Just know what it's like sometimes with a newborn and money can get tight, just figured you may have a purge(?) Wish you all the best with the journey ahead and can l put those kids Wrangler jeans aside for you? (jk)
  3. ^another addition to the Denime family? 😉 Congratulations Tilman! Some more good fades to come. So does this mean a sell off of old stuff to buy new (baby) stuff?
  4. I can remember almost buying a pair identical to those for about £350, mind you this was back in the mid- 2000's. I passed as was maxed out on my Lvc debit card 😭
  5. And in all in black and white too
  6. Could you broaden your answer mate? Was lucky enough to see that beautiful WW2 fabric in Soas recently (albeit with cut off red tags) so am curious to know is the new thread sewing thread or is it the warp/weft aspect?
  7. Why not take the Piece tag off when the jacket becomes threadbare and sew it onto the SC jacket?
  8. Getting fed up with the grim weather here in the UK, rather have some of these blues than the winter blues. Hurry up Spring!!
  9. @silencejoe wondering which S506XX repro you prefer in terms of accuracy to the originals? Are you keeping your new purchases on ice or do you plan to wear?
  10. @silencejoe We need some detailed shots of both garments before they disappear into the black hole that is your apartment 😅
  11. Just seen this post on Bear's lg showing the reintroduction of the 1933 model. That cinch strap looks to have travelled south again, looking more like a Lee buckle strap placement now 😅
  12. Yes, maybe that's why. Cheers mate, will try it next time
  13. @superfuture Here^ is a good example of what myself and @Geeman were discussing when using the upload tool. 2 of the 3 pics are on their side, which were not intentional. When l saw they were on their side in the preview, l went back to my photo gallery and compensated by preemptively moving them once round in preparation. This had no effect so l am stumped, maybe it's just a case of Computer says No.
  14. At last my CSF 1941 s409xxx model have finally been hemmed so they can now return to the rotation of jeans of which l enjoy wearing. @Mr Black did an outstanding job as usual even going so far as to replicate the dual orange/yellow stitching on the original hems. Photos show Og hem off cuts compared to freshly sewn new hems. Compared to the other pair l have (1944 s409xxx) these are much darker but my modern camera phone just can't capture it, even under cloudy skies. Probably due to my lack of understanding of modern phones but anyway you get the general idea.
  15. Looks more like a Robert Deniro and Jean Reno cross breed to me 🤣
  16. I think @Sansome1877 is referring to the second photo in that group.
  17. If you're talking about Talon's post (from Pinterest) on the previous page, that chap in the triple pleat? - that's from the lvc lookbook/photo shoot from the (l think) first run of that jacket (hey check my one in the Superdenim sales Thread). It's so 'aged' looking that it could pass muster.
  18. Thanks. Vi'a the upload tool. The weird thing is that the photos which are on their side are just random, no rhyme or reason.
  19. Same thing has been happening to me since the upgrade. Have no idea why
  20. Not sure why some photos are sideways when l upload them. Not my intention
  21. Interest check. Also for sale are these vintage items. Not everyone's cup of tea here maybe but give it a go. More pics available on request. Late 1960s Wrangler sz 27x30 sanforized Youth's jeans (age 8-10 roughly) - more photos and exact measurements on request. Asking £250 for the pair.
