@DC2020 that's a great fit!

^ Sugarcane 1946

Thanks! Nope, nearly no twist on my pair
-
@yung_flynn Usually you see the hidden selvedge in the coin pocket on pairs up to the 60s. Sometimes with peek-a-boo selvedge. But that's surely not a hard rule as you can see with your Warehouse. My Lb40s also don't have the selvedge in the coin pocket. I am pretty sure not all Levi's were the same as well.

Yep, they already have the 1946 listed for restock on their homepage in March

My pair has finally arrived. Size 34x33 One-wash Waist: 34" Front rise: 12.5" Back rise: 16.375" Thighs: 13" Knee: 9.5" Leg opening: 8.8" Inseam: 33"

@JMS what are the shoulder measurements of the SugarCane 1937 Type 1? I fear a size 40 will be too small for me but you never know.
-
BTW, the 1946 model is already planned for a restock in March. In case anybody missed out.
-
@tooth thanks for the measurements! Where do you measure the thighs though? 12" sounds tiny for a W33 so I don't think it's at the crotch? @MJF9 The back rise really sounds rather small but that's nice for me (I hope). Will find out tomorrow.

Will have to wait until at least Saturday. The German counterpart of EMS is really not so good
-
They look nice! Finally, after more than a week without update my pair arrived in Germany. Now just waiting for DHL to deliver them.

I think we already mentioned LEEarth here? If not, have a look: https://www.instagram.com/leearth76?igsh=MWRyYW96NXkzZ3RmbA== These small brands are popping up more and more

With BEARS you now they measured the jeans themselves (accoridng to their guide). With Celluloid I believe they just copied the numbers provided by Warehouse

My size 34 shrank from 35" to 33" after two washes (and stretched back). 2.5" is probably possible if you wash hotter and/or use a dryer. Also shrinkage is a percentual thing. A 40" waist is more likely to shrink 2.5" than a 28" waist.

Max is back being a pure metal head and into 80s style. High top sneakers, slim tapered jeans (Nudies are his choice here...*gasp*) and going to metal shows. -
That's an XX model. If the inseam works for you, it's a great price.

Aren't your FW not perfectly sewn and also a repro pair?! Anyway: some people want authenticity (whatever this could mean, @Duke Mantee loves this topic ) and see the charm in imperfections. Some people want perfectly sewn jeans but still want jeans from yesteryear. So I see both things to be valid/desired.

Once an hour? Amateur.... Doesn't seem to really want it

Anybody fancys a blanket lined Type2 in a Western friendly size? https://www.fromjapan.co.jp/japan/en/auction/yahoo/input/b1121190881/

Directly from seller. The lower numbers from BEARS, the higher from Pants Shop Avenue. I guess the truth is in the middle
