@SF2Turbo While the jeans are wet and with the buttons done up, stick a length of wood between the waist to keep it taut. I found if you measure it so that there is a bit of a struggle to fit it while it’s dry is the best.

I found the UHR-denim to fade quite fast, don't have experience with the other ones, though.
Absolutely. This is my experience with the IH 1955 UHR, super heavy but really comfy, perfect denim for this time of the year.

@JDelage no defo the denim work shirt as advertise Okayama but that was an XL the XXL may have worked out better. I did also buy the western cut in the 14oz but that was in a size 46 and it is great for the colder months.
Good to know about the Suvin Gold.

@i_denim careful of the sleeves on the SDA 14oz shirt, I had the XL size and had to sell it because they would get to tight on my arms when I bent my elbow. Make sure you get them to measure the width around the elbow so you can check against your own shirts.

@TheIntelligentHoodwinker yup yup, 100m if you're lucky. The Newham area is a lot quieter since you boys moved stadiums. I haven't even been past the old one since, I'm sure its all "affordable" housing now?

@mlwdp yup, I’m sure they’ll be gangs of them soon. Like something out of Akira, though not as epic just annoying. I like taking my daughter to the Greenway as it’s a good run for her cruise on in relative safety.

They look quite slim for a 105 in size 5, are you sure they're not 107's?
Yeah I fill ‘em good!

I tried on the CSF WW2 type 1 in Clutch Café earlier this week... very impressive... so well constructed, great denim colour and character, felt a nice weight 13/14oz, relatively boxy with vintage length... all that I've read really but always good to try first hand... definitely one for my list... (* eye watering shop price though)...
@MJF9 yeah the first time I went there I had a really nice look around and chat with the staff as a few of them are ex Son of a Stag but I left with just a coffee...

Damn, sorry mate I didn’t check their stocks. In terms of style is it what you’re looking for?

@Broark you still looking for a type 1 jacket? I saw this on the UES website whilst browsing.

the width is not bad but the length might be touch short?

@JDelage great looking jacket. I’ve had my eye on it since it appeared on Okayama Denim website.

Took advantage of Denimio sale and pick up a pair of S3000VX ‘zero’ denim. Much rougher than the 710 and 510xx I have. Can’t wait to try them!
