So, for packages from Japan to the US, what is the current situation? Did we lose the $800 no tax system? I can't keep up with all the back and forth... -

A celegration of FW’s pearl buttons, the best in the ‘verse. First are 2 versions of the diamond cracker. The first one is the older version of the 8oz denim one (the new version doesn't have pearl buttons), and the second one is a cool cotton / linen indigo oxford. Can't recall the names for #3-5 right now.

This is good news for the new rise. It's only about 1/2", but every little bit helps.

Last I checked, SDA doesn't sell internationally. You need to get what you want from a retailer.

Thanks. I had the pants pre-ordered when they were announced last year, but I canceled my order when the measurements came out - too low a rise and too tight a cut for my tastes. Okayama Denim just published a series of SDA preorders and they include a denim work shirt in the same dye. Very tempted...

Reg. the fit, I was between 2 sizes and I got the larger option (42 in my case). It is maybe a tad long in the body but the sleeves and shoulders are a-OK. It will move a bit as it loosens up (it's very stiff right now) and as I wash it. Yesterday was the first time I was wearing it, and someone asked me in the street if it was the SDA jacket. That's only happened to me a couple times before...

Got myself the 45th anniversary kakishibu type II. It’s lovely, with a lot more orange / pink than beige.

@Broark - My experience is that mid-weight sweats are a lot more susceptible to shrink than heavy weight. I'll be curious to see if you experience the same. To be honest, I didn't do a true test but I typically use the same settings.

What is your favorite henley thermal? It's getting cold here and I'm ready for a thermal, preferably with a henley neck.
