...sizing up on the J36 would have worked for me, but it didnt for a lot of people here.
Was the L too small?

Thanks @X.bee, you've put me at rest. I'm taking delivery tomorrow morning, so will drop a little review shortly thereafter.

Holy cow, I just ordered a large J68, haven't receive it yet. a bit panic about your talking.
I am totally gassed with that lining and the full zipped looking, hope I should be fine
Well, if it doesn't work out, we can maybe swap

Has anyone taken delivery of a J68-WS yet?
I picked up an XL on the assumption that the sizing is similar to the J69-GT, but I'm starting to fear that I might have overshot.
For comparison, I'm usually an L in Acronym, with room to spare. The J69-GT in XL is a much, much closer fit vis-a-vis the usual L, and I was hoping that the J68-WS is comparable.

no the later non-melange fire resistant material. the melange model has been a long term grail piece for me.
Ah, I had no idea that they used aramid in the construction. Is the actual fabric constructed using aramid, or was it just used to sew the pant together (the below copy from the site is a little ambiguous)?
"The synthetic copolymer and cotton fiber blend fabric (sewn with aramid thread)"
And yes, I wholeheartedly agree... that iteration of CH is incredible. The P17-CH will
probablyalways be my favourite pant.2 -

the p10 in aramid CH is hands down the most comfortable pant i've ever worn.
Is that the melange variant? I’ve got several pieces by Yohji in aramide, and it is mind numbingly good.

... I’m assuming it’s not worth it to own P10a-ch,s,e AND ds !?!?!?
CH is ethereal.
I'll sacrifice all my Stotz, all my GT, for more CH.

Invoice for my p25h-ds is 583 euros after vat. I imagine the P10A is comparatively more advanced in detail and construction/production, so you are seeing that difference reflected in the price point if they are coming from the same factory.
I didn't expect it was that low! But then again, my P17-CH was 543€ one year earlier, so not that big of a stretch. Thanks for confirmin @Sureal.

Interesting (and refreshing) to see that both the P25-DS and P31-DS are priced well below €1k, whereas the P10A-DS is still sitting at the price point that we've come to expect of late. Could the latter be old stock, vs. the former now produced outside of CZ?
Does anyone remember the P25's original price point?

Holy shit, a WS-J1A actually came to market...

...and needless to say, left pretty much immediately.

Agreed -- that is solely what I'm referencing. If it was some newjacks who just got into ACR that would be one thing.
For enthusiasts to be reposting those images is just embarrassing, next level cringey. Ya'll need Drake to validate your purchases for you?
I was more referring to Errolson & Co... Maybe "cringing" is the wrong word, but it does feel a little out of place to me. I understand the John Mayer connection, given his knowledge and taste in clothing (rather than his music), but Drake just comes across as a little shallow.
But, I'm nitpicking. I don't know any of them personally, but from what I can tell, they're all very genuine and humble, and I guess we're all entitled to feel proud if something you made is put on the world stage.
TL/DR: Whatever, to each their own, I'm certainly not going to rate anyone's stoke!

I was also cringing a little at how many of the ACRONYM insiders reposted the images.

On the subject of 3ts's are they capable of fitting 13in laptops without struggling to insert it?
My 15" is tricky to get in, I'd expect a 13" will be easy assuming it does not have a thick cover/sleeve.

My personal favourite is the L2 laminate from SS15. They usually sell for around $1,200-1,300.
Also worth mentioning that the older limonta variant ages beautifully. These rarely come to market, and are often ignored because they appear beat and faded - which ironically is part of the charm.

I’ve owned my 3ts laminate for close to 3 years, worn it almost daily, it’s still in excellent condition, works with almost the entirety of my wardrobe and I’m super happy with it overall. Buuuuuut I still have a constant itch for that damn green x-pac 3ts...
I know that feel... I'm extremely content with my laminate, and it's my daily, with the foil being an occasional (can you say, "fragile"?)... I passed my black X-PAC 3A-1 on after a couple of months, but have been itching for the green. It's really, really grown on me. I'd love to see what it looks like after a couple of years, as the fabric was very impressive.

How often does the 3a-1 usually get a new iteration? The last one came out like October last year, how likely is it that we will see a new iteration/restock this year?
It depends. There have been years without a release, and years where there have been multiple releases (last year being an example of the latter, where they released the foil iteration in January, and the XPAC in October).
I personally see a restock this year as being unlikely, given that there are still plenty of other 3A's sitting on the shelves, but this is just speculation.

My thoughts exactly @roofus... a little disappointing imho, as I echo @brainerd666's sentiments regarding form v. function.

The glasses aren't terrible, but I'm not swayed either.
I like the naked look of the C, and the clipped look of the A. They do however look like you need to stand absolutely still in the back of the club with your head titled upward in order for them to stay in place.
The standout piece is clearly the plush little case... drizzle me timbers...
