Maybe I unintentionally sized down then

Construction is on a level comparable to each and any of the usual jp brands. Fabric of the heavy flannels is very nice, too.
The fit is slim so sizing up may be an option, but I don't find them so slim as too be constricting - ymmv on that though of course.

UES make shirts with shorter length compared to other brands, which is great for me. I only have 1 UES shirt, but that will change over time I think.
Exactly the reason why I love my two (so far) UES flannels, too

I think the 55 are a bit wider. I would go for the 66 personally, get your actual waist size. It's a tough call though.
And good on ya, Sammy.that's a stunning fit. They seem to have that tiny waste compared to the hips that my 55 have, I think it's just the pose and Sammy's booty making the legs appear a bit slimmer.

Ha, I had a pair of 47 some years ago and you're right, that detail really sucks

Delicious shade of indigo in that latest pic! Looking very forward to them

I believe that the lad is insinuating that your appearance in that photograph gives the impression that you partake in the hooligan activity known as 'skateboarding' and have sufficient skill such that you are able to perform the maneuver known as a 'slash grind' in which you ride your skateboard up the wall of an empty swimming pool and position the 'trucks' of your skateboard onto the lip of the pool and 'grind' your trucks against the lip of the pool.
I see

Spot on fit! How tall are you and what do you usually wear size wise for similar shirting? I'm looking to get the Appaloosa and was recommended to get a medium as they run a little snug (not big). Hopefully after the initial soak/wash it will shrink to the proper fit.
Thanks! I'm 174cm and usually an S or M in MF, I was advised to get an M in this shirt from several sources and it was the right decision.

Same here, love the jacket and if it came in duck for example I'd get one in a heartbeat.

I don't dispute that crepe soles have their uses, I just don't like how they look And in my case, literally walking all day isn't a common occurrence so comfort isn't my first priority

Great to see how a "proper" sole (never liked wedge soles myself) can change a boot. They look really good!

@oomslokop Thanks - it's a medium and shoulders and chest fit like a medium. I was advised that if you plan to wash a lot going up one size might be a good idea, but to be honest I have only seen minimal (if any, didn't take measurements though) shrinkage with a cold soak + spin dry in the washing machine so I think as long as I stick to cold washes I'll be fine.

It cooled down enough to wear the canvas CPO again I almost forgot what a beast this is. It's not uncomfortable but you're very aware that you're wearing it every minute, and if you forget the audible crunching of the fabric will remind you the next time you move I've worn it 8 times since I got it and it's fading like crazy, especially for a shirt. I'm trying to go as long as possible before I let it hit water again (Febreeze is my friend)
MF shirt cuts are a mixed bag on my frame but I'm very happy with this one, it looks very trim while the high-ish armholes are still comfy enough and there's plenty room in the torso and tummy areas.

I always wished 3sixteen would finally use snap buttons on their western shirts but Conchos are cool for a change

Mine have about a month of wear so not much to show either yet. Now that summer is over they're back in my rotation though.

Duck pockets would have been interesting, but still glad you cached it in time

I like all the individual pieces, and maybe the angle the pic was taken at adds to the effect, but IMO the jeans' taper makes those boots look cartoonishly huge.
