Thanks. I had the pants pre-ordered when they were announced last year, but I canceled my order when the measurements came out - too low a rise and too tight a cut for my tastes. Okayama Denim just published a series of SDA preorders and they include a denim work shirt in the same dye. Very tempted...

Reg. the fit, I was between 2 sizes and I got the larger option (42 in my case). It is maybe a tad long in the body but the sleeves and shoulders are a-OK. It will move a bit as it loosens up (it's very stiff right now) and as I wash it. Yesterday was the first time I was wearing it, and someone asked me in the street if it was the SDA jacket. That's only happened to me a couple times before...

Got myself the 45th anniversary kakishibu type II. It’s lovely, with a lot more orange / pink than beige.

@Broark - My experience is that mid-weight sweats are a lot more susceptible to shrink than heavy weight. I'll be curious to see if you experience the same. To be honest, I didn't do a true test but I typically use the same settings.

SUPERDENIM SMALL QUESTIONS THREAD (Use instead of making new threads)

What is your favorite henley thermal? It's getting cold here and I'm ready for a thermal, preferably with a henley neck. -
I'm on a leather jacket frame of mind right now, and this leads me to wonder whether FW has not stopped or slowed significantly its leatherwear output?

Very nice! I love the B-6 he made for me. The collar on yours is a nice flourish, but the zipped pockets would bug me. On the subject of JC and GW, I visited him today. He's a very congenial guy and of course absolutely passionate about his craft. My slot is coming up and I placed an order for one of his civilian jackets. I did try the cross zip Mojave I had tried on in 2021. It still fits. Too bad it has an owner...
