2 jackets for each pair of jeans I reckon

Do you know which Wrangler model they’re based on or are they just a generic Wrangler repro style?

Once the vest arrives I’ll down a few Babychams, ‘tidy up downstairs’, don aforementioned clobber and get Mrs F clicking away with the saucy Polaroid snaps.

I think it would look great teamed with a pair of Speedos and some stilettos and perhaps a bowler hat at a jaunty angle.

Of course! I thought you were selling the Libra Pondus pair though. Have you had second thoughts? I don’t know how you keep so many pairs on the go, I have a few pairs that I really want to start wearing but I’d just end up with lots of moderately worn jeans. That’s why I try to focus on a few pairs at a time, currently my SC Okis but if summer ever arrives I’ll switch to my LVC 55s and WH 1003XX.

I don’t think it’s price, date (year of model), size or chronological order of purchase, so I’d guess from most to least worn?

👍 I did the same with a pair of Full Count 0105SFS (an old 1937 style export model I bought deadstock from eBay - with upside down Levi’s arcs). They were slightly low rise for a cinchback pair so I unpicked the cinch stitching, removed the cinch rivets and wore them with a belt.

The irony is that surely they were supposed to be cautious with materials during WW2 and yet these repros seem to be using twice as much thread as necessary 🤷‍♂️
