It was -10C when I got in the car this morning.. I had to take the car to work because it was the 0’Soul’s annual family trip to the dentist. I had the forethought to do two things.. I cycled to the car on the way home from work yesterday to scrape the snow off so I didn’t have to do it at 6am .. and at 6am, I took Wham’s Greatest Hits from the CD rack. .. so although I have ice inside the windows because the heater doesn’t work.. I was banging out Wham while singing.. “Let Me Take You To A Place Where Motherships A Smiling Face.. Rubbing Shoulders With The Staaaars...” In the interest of balance of course. -

@indigoeagle kinda made my buying this pair. And I'm not even mad about it. 601XX 1951 in W34. Same size as the 1947 I tried but wasn't so happy with the fit. These 1951 have a lower back rise and overall slimmer top block which I prefer (especially the lower rise). With the upcoming Word of Mouth contest these will see less wear but they are also a reason I listed some of my too slim fitting Denime jeans (221, 224 and 66) for sale. -

For info, mine are up for sale, I ultimately came down on the fact I got the size wrong. A learning experience, if they do a re-run I may be tempted to get a size or two bigger.
