raw 1947s gave them a hot soak to get all the shrink out. My tap water is insanely hot. It’ll scald you if you aren’t careful. lost about 2” all around. -

I got my 220a hemmed by Son of a Stag here in the UK and feel like they did a great job. I'm liking the fit more now as found cuffing them twice or japanese turn up too much especially with boots and didn't wear them as much. Maybe that's just me though. Would have been nice if they had used a lemon coloured thread but not too fussed for £20. Lost some nice roping but imagine after a few washes that will be back. -
