Everton’s future #10 takes us onto the fantastic local park… a public park since 1871 no less…
I didn’t know Goodison was a public park ... I mean I could have guessed given the state of the turf. So basically they just allowed football on it 7 years after it opened?

@Duke Mantee great outdoor gym... Junior and I do interval training up a very similar hill... though, because the grass has been too boggy lately, we changed to the steps in the park... it's 100m up and we do it every Monday 7.15am start before school... so you start the week on your toes <thumbs-up emoji>
What's the FW codes for that there Rocky garb? Just when I thought I'd (nearly) run out of reasons to buy stuff...
It’s a good thing ... I’m just getting too old. The location is great though with the stairs, a big flat piece of tarmac and loads of grass area - great bit of lateral thinking.
Catalogue numbers are:
Sweatshirt #1534011
Sweatpants #1534013
T-shirt #1415001
Socks #2027004
so you can see the gear (except socks) is 5-6 years old

That is a bit strange , I'm sure you've seen vintage afterhoods with the hood cut but it's a bit like a pair of distressed jeans to intentionally design it that way
Exactly ... dumb

You look the part anyway
love that sweat and the angle of the pockets . think ive seen vintage Utica sweats with the same angle on the separate pocket style
Cheers mate. It’s definitely based on old designs - the only thing I didn’t like about the sweat was FW had attached a hood and then cut it off (well more likely they sewed a piece of fabric to make it look like that) - but it looked gash, so I just unpicked it from the collar

Brilliant training with style
It’s not style, it’s functionality and warmth ... it’s bloody freezing that close to the North Sea

I’ll not post this in the WAYWT thread - there might be more sensitive souls perusing. Anyway, the Duchess used to be an amateur boxer but now she’s deemed too old to fight, and then with the pandemic ‘rules’ closing gyms and whatnot she can’t even get to train ... until one of the coaches had the brilliant idea of setting up an outdoor ‘gym’ down in Victoria Park (in the area i highlighted) - perfect
so we go down and get shown up by the kids. Here I am well fucked after those stairs
And yes I even wear FW when I’m breathing out my arse ...

@bartlebyyphonics TCBs taking shape nicely there
@Duke Mantee excellent triple Dylans... I couldn't help but think of the question 'what do you call a Scotsman in a suit?' I was going to say the acquitted but you don't look that happy mate
No wonder I never look happy when I need to put up with your nonsense

Remember there were loads of those old mill reef trainers on ebay years ago ( 10 or 12 ?? ) , weren't all that expensive either . Regret not getting a pair because they really do look the part
They’re brilliant mate (well I think so) - got them in Japan for about £50. I’d heard the owner resurrected the company but wanted to make the shoes in China ... which didn’t seem to go down very well with the local fans

By a long long distance, my favourite canvas sneakers - the original MiJ stuff is long gone, so I’d asked Geeman about Warehouse equivalents (brilliant help), but by a quirk of fate it might - just might - be possible to get a couple of pairs of original low-tops. With these and the incoming Bootleggers denim I’m like a dug wi’ twa dicks ...

They were lovely things those FW's pants Mike, i'd really like a pair but i wouldn't want to pay full retail because i'd probably only wear them a couple of times/year, if you spot a pair on your travels around the interwebz give me a holla.
Of course

That sourdough looks delicious mate , think I remember you saying you misses has had her starter for a good amount of time ?
It’s tasty bread mate. Aye the Duchess grew the starter long before she grew Ellie - but we use it for all sorts ... pizza, pancakes, dumplings, deep fried Mars Bars ...
@julian-wolf ... and your curd looks moreish. Re. ingredients, when it comes to classical cooking I usually stick to the recipes - I do experiment with meals - but some things just can’t/shouldn’t be changed.
