Yep, had a pair, but I wouldn’t put the 39s in this thread - IMO it wasn’t an issue that FW wanted to make ‘period correct’ … but they did have the best arcs ever sewn onto a back pocket

2 layers of rough out latigo - grain to grain; solid brass hardware; saddle stitched with linen thread … massively overbuilt 🤷‍♂️

No easy answer mate - they always like to push certain aspects of quality … but re-issues are fairly random, everything has to fit to the ideas for any particular collection
