22501XX fit

Snagged these 22501XX from @srudy last month, and by chance started wearing them on 5/01 day I love this denim and lucked out on the fit - they fit me as good as anything else ever has The cut is real good in contrast to the "22501" cut I had some years back - and at a tagged 34 they measure about 31" after a shrink That's barely 1" larger post shrink than the tagged 28 waist "22501" (a different cut but 6 tagged sizes smaller...) Not exactly an apples to apples comparison, but a WW2 501 jean under the same umbrella having such a massive disparity in sizing is... interesting!

I DM'd you on Instagram It's the natural result but I don't know if it's their intention I always took their over-sharing as a way of engaging with their customers without having to say anything. I've asked them questions about products before after they'd shared something I posted and they almost always just reply with a like or a thank you

They deserve the recognition no doubt I think in terms of scalability they'd already had it. 47s Color is real nice

People said the whiskers on my Hermit jeans looked artificial... My hands get covered in crisp dust when I'm sitting at my gaming PC so I wipe them on my lap Seems the cheesy dust really speeds up the fades

I caved and got it repaired. Only thing I hate more than knee repairs is having my bare kneecaps on the ground when I kneel down

So cool

My least favorite thing that happens to all of my jeans I'm probably never going to repair knees again as they never turn out well
