  1. Absolutely, 100% the peacoat. (In my opinion). Navy influence or not, I have a Schott peacoat and it always ends up being my most worn jacket through the Fall and Winter. Very versatile, works very well with everything from your beat out old faithful jeans to a nice pair of trousers

  2. I mean... It isnt THAT scary to order off of the internet. Stores have return policies for a reason! Get out there an explore!

    -Place Order (with no hemming)
-Pace back and forth around the house for several days to several weeks until said order arrives
    -Rip open box
    -Try on jeans
-Do the jeans fit?   <if yes, have them hemmed and wear em proud> < if no, return to sender and try again<

  3. Been on a long “cool shit” hiatus lately. Im working 21 days straight, 12 hours a day as my schedule at my new job, and have a new 3 month old baby at home so its been all work clothes and sweatpants for me lately hahah. But here I am!

  4. Hello all!

Been very absent from the internet the last few weeks as its prime fishing season here in Nova Scotia, so the only clothes Ive had on were either work clothes or wet fishing clothes, but I did however get out with my girlfriend for lunch today and snapped a photo

  5. ^^^^^ That. I agree whole-heartedly. Ive actually seen quite a few Fullcount pieces that I really like since the whole TCB situation, but I absolutely refuse to give them a damn cent.

Side note.. It finally let me "rep" again!

  6. A thought, a reflection -

Do you guys still pursue purchasing long sleeve shirts, sweaters, jackets etc that you are lusting after during the warmer months? Or do you try to forget about them and wait to purchase until the Summer has passed?

Personally, I try not to let the weather determine what I am about to buy because I have a fear that the piece will sell out and be gone forever

But for the sake of sparking a conversation, I am curious about the approach that everybody else takes

  7. Those are really cool, not for me because those back pockets are a little too strange for me, but they are beautiful looking jeans.

This denim looks lovely. Anybody with a more extensive knowledge of Warehouse than me able to identify the denim for me? Are they using this particular denim in any of their other jeans?

Side note: I am particularly fond of that cinch design. Is the cinch always tucked and sewn under the real belt loops and Ive just never paid enough attention to notice? Or is that a unique detail

Forget the 70’s headache and get lofgrens. They’re not that much more but they’ll last longer, and it’s better than giving money to the Nike empire.

    ^^ This.

I like the way you guys think. Trust me, If I could get Lofgrens insted, I absolutely would.. BUT I want specifically the red hightop 70s. If I was just shopping around for a nice new shoe, Lofgrens would absolutely be the choice.

Thanks everybody for the sizing advice!

If you want a Rakuten route, Wolf Pack and Ot-emens sells Trophy.

Unfortunately, its a little bit of an older Trophy piece and Western River is the only place Ive been able to find it, after weeks of searching. But I think i'll probably just end up giving them a try, not totally worried

I’ve used Western River. No problems.

Edit: Scrap that sorry, I bought from Masuya. Almost used Western River fit the WR CSF jeans but they were too steep in the end. W River were super helpful though and even cool after I backed down because of the cost.

The owner of West Ride also owns Western River.

I did not know that the owner of West Ride owned this store, thats cool. I had met that gentlemen a couple of years ago at the Born Free motorcycle show, very kind souls. Thats good news.

If I can convince the wife that I have $300 extra dollars to spend with a baby due at the end of July, "JUST ONEEEEE LAST PIECE, ITS THE LAST ONE, I SWEAR", than I'll let ya'll know how the ordering experience played out

    Thanks guys!
