My Flat Head 7001.
Ive had this shirt for about a year and a half or so, and wore it pretty often for the first year or so, but then I grew to really dislike “western” shirt details on shirts, so it mostly sat in my closet for 6 months with only the occasionally wear. While unpacking after a move this last week I pulled it out and realised “hey! This thing is gorgeous!”. I honestly did not realise that it had faded and evolved even this much, but im very pleased with wear it is right now
(Did my very best to make all of the colors and contrast in these photos, and it is pretty true with the exception of a few of the photos that were too bright and I couldnt manage to fix)

Has anybody here ever ordered from the Western River online store? They have a Trophy Clothing piece that I really want, but I have never heard of the store

Quite short if it shrinks a lot. Personally, on something like the 66, Id enjoy to have the inseam at about 31" (post shrink) and just use a small single cuff, and that would work well for me. But I am quite short

Is their inseam terribly short? @beautiful_FrEaK ?
I cant seem to find their website or measurements right now0 -

I always forget about Boncoura (probably due to this thread not being as active as a lot of the others and the jeans not being carried by any of the retailers that I frequently look at) but damn it, I think that they might use some of my favourite denim. Those have turned into my favourite shade of blue1 -
Thanks for all of the input everybody!
Not to dwell on this shirt, but after trying on a bunch of my size Small Knickerbocker shirts today, I have absolutely no idea why I bought a medium this time around. So I contacted them about sending it back, which they happily obliged.
Problem solved. Disaster avoided. Not looking forward to waiting for this one to get to them and the fresh one to come back though! Dang it!

@MasonAlexanderIt happens lol. Chambrays are hard sizing for me too. Took me 3 tries to get the correct fit, especially as I have lost some weight.
Are you banking on the shrinking once you wash your chambray?
Its one wash already, so I honestly dont think i’ll be able to get enough. Waiting to hear back from the guys at Knickerbocker right now about a potential exchange, as that would be my preferred route. If however they dont have my correct size in stock...
i will wash and dry as hot as i can and pray for a shrink

Finally got around to getting a chambray “service shirt” from my most favourite brand Knickerbocker a few weeks ago, and it showed up today.
As always, I am the biggest fan of their construction, material, attention to detail and branding.
Unfortunately, I made a giant blunder and bought 1 size to large (bought a medium for some reason even though I own other Knickerbocker shirts that are a size small). I dont know why this happened! Damn it.
Posting this so that you guys can either easy my sorrows, or laugh at them

I do not know if you should wash it or not... but I do know for sure that it might be one of my new favourite jackets!

Weird. That page on the US levis website is the one I was talking about, but for some reason I couldnt get there without clicking that link
Thank you!1 -
So, I just went searching for the LVC website and cant seem to find it anymore even though I am positive that I have been on it, and pretty recently
Anybody know anything about that? Or know about an LVC webpage that I dont know about?0 -

Just kind of thinking out loud here, as we all know I don't need any new jeans.
But...
Ooe Yofukuten OA01 or Freewheelers 601xx 1943?
I have a good track record with Ooe jeans, and I want to try out the new OA denim.
Freewheelers have just released a new 1943 model to their 601xx lineup and I like the details (no coint-pocket rivets, herringbone pocket bags, etc.) and the fit looks nice.perhaps..... both? hahaha
Where did you see the new Freewheelers? Id like to check those out1 -

the forum is not working well for me, it seems like it keeps to upload a backup from a few days ago, I can't see some post I remember I saw already...
Exact same thing is happening to me. I keep commenting on a post I see and then go back and that my comment is there but the thing I was commenting on is nowhere to be found

Cross posted from the WAYWT thread
but..
Ive got a good little handful of days in my Wide Tapers now and I am loving them! Washed them twice and got a small bit of shrink out of them (as expected) even though they were sanforized. Finally figured out how I want to keep my cuffs, and the weather is finally warming up enough to wear some better outfits
Everything is great!

^^^ this shit HAS to be trolling. I dont understand. I cant read these questions anymore
Please for the sanity of the other members of the forum, could you please actually put on a pair of your jeans and show us a photo, or atleast take a photo of them on your floor or something.
No more measurement, cut, fabric or termonology questions please

What’s wrong with the one at a Walmart?
Same thing that is wrong with the jeans at Walmart I suppose.
Id prefer to support a product I believe in, both ethically and in quality
EDIT*
sorry, that sounded very rude. Not cool
Same idea as buying an excellent quality, hand crafted tshirt or sweater. You are getting the product that you pay for. If I am going to wear $400 jeans, Id prefer to pair it with top pieces of a similar standard

Nope! Not tight on me, it actually happens to be one of my best fitting shirts. I'll see if I can get a fit photo and check the size on the shirt at some point today
