Well it kinda makes sense if they do stop carrying Samurai, as they have been dumping the bigger name Japanese brands.

Those look pretty good, apart from that sole. Not a fan of that type of sole

Got mine today! So happy to finally get a pair of Ooe
The denim is lovely - soft and feels so nice. 'vintagey' was first word to spring to mind. Completely different to any denim I own.
Basing them after the Roebucks Riders with the detailing makes for such a distinct and unique pair of jeans. I need to stretch the waist but apart from that, the slim tapered fit is great, slight bit of room to not make it feel tight. Even though I had to really hold my stomach in to get top button done, it doesn't feel uncomfortable. I think it will be stretched out within a day or two to be honest.

Anyone know if Kapital released their century denim N.123-S in other cuts apart from cisco yet? Apparently they were supposed to be released end of last year but I haven't seen anything

Nice pickups!
Even though I live in London, I still haven't visited the store.

You can never have too much denim, plus trying to justify buying a new pair is a stressful process, so save yourself the stress and just go for it

@bartlebyyphonics as promised, got fit pics since i've started wearing. The denim has lost whatever little stiffness it had, so fit is a bit messier in my opinion.

Thanks for the info mrsmiff.
Americans are so lucky they have so many great stores and can also import up to $800 worth from anywhere else in the world with no tax penalty.
The saddle pants look great, but if i was to import to UK, it would cost an additional £70 in taxes (VAT and duty), plus whatever extortionate 'admin charge' of the courier that delivers it. Would cost towards £340 ($450). Sad times

and I thought UK customs were bad

How do you fit into something that is 2 inches less than your waist? Do you not do buttons up and they just stretch very easily and quickly?

am really liking that fit and associated 'stove piping'!
a really nice silhouette - I think the mild oversize adds to the charm
did them get hemmed?
any fit pics of them now they are breaking in...?
thanks
been lazy to get them hemmed, but I found I like the look of them with a slight pin roll. I will aim to get fitpic when I next wear them (whenever it stops raining)

Gave my pair a wash, and got these lovely indigo streaks in the denim. More so on the left leg than the right.
Am really liking this fit for summer.

@lance that's a shame they won't work for you. If it makes you feel any better I will be looking to pick them up
