44’s - three months wear, fresh out of their second wash today

LVC 44 about two months wear, the back of the hems are folding under the heel counter of my work boots creating a line of wear I’ll have to keep my eye on

@Newman The denim changed from the popular Texas cotton to Pima around 2010/11, I don’t know if that caused the buzz to fade, plus I think there was ownership change and they went dormant for a time. I could be totally wrong here too.

Back when the £-$ exchange rate was still decent I used to send my jeans to Blue in Green for hemming, they had the perfect sized folder on their Union Special something like 10mm? nice and small and great tension for insane roping

MiJ 44’s that I use as my work jeans, I’ve been wearing these for a month, one more wear then they’re going in the wash as they are minging

I’ve found MiJ LVC to be a little stubborn in getting full shrinkage, it’s taken at least 2-3 hot soaks compared to old cone pairs where I’d get it in one

Cheers @Maynard Friedman I had pieces from LVC around 09 & 10 but my memory has moved on, vaguely now remember the pocket bags being a bit crap before they used a tougher fabric a couple of years later
