  1. @Newman The denim changed from the popular Texas cotton to Pima around 2010/11, I don’t know if that caused the buzz to fade, plus I think there was ownership change and they went dormant for a time. I could be totally wrong here too.
  2. @JohnnyD look great, how long have you had these?
  3. @Dr_Heech One pair knew the their rights and left
  4. They look lovely, I need a cinch-back pair for work too 😊
  5. Back when the £-$ exchange rate was still decent I used to send my jeans to Blue in Green for hemming, they had the perfect sized folder on their Union Special something like 10mm? nice and small and great tension for insane roping
  6. MiJ 44’s that I use as my work jeans, I’ve been wearing these for a month, one more wear then they’re going in the wash as they are minging
  7. I’ve found MiJ LVC to be a little stubborn in getting full shrinkage, it’s taken at least 2-3 hot soaks compared to old cone pairs where I’d get it in one
  8. Has anyone got a pair of 1942’s ? True to size? I keep seeing conflicting measurements
  9. A = One Wash N = Non Wash Technically they are raw, just one washed
  10. Super! I’d love these as my work jeans
  11. Cheers @Maynard Friedman I had pieces from LVC around 09 & 10 but my memory has moved on, vaguely now remember the pocket bags being a bit crap before they used a tougher fabric a couple of years later
  12. @Dr_Heech Thanks 👍 I’ve also found a pic from SS09 on horriblyjollyjinx’s old blogspot
  13. Just got a dead-stock pair of 1954ZXX, the date on the tag is 4309, so assuming 2009 Just a couple of things are throwing me off, first is the 1996 date on the flasher The back of the waist button is blank No pocket bag print Everything else checks out on them and they smell old Thoughts anyone, or does anyone still have a pair from this period to compare with mine?
