Great to see that they arrived and that they fit so well, SLAB!
I zoned out for a minute, my computer broke down last Friday, about the same time as I dropped my phone in a portable toilet (!), and then I came down with the flu right after the festival. All good now, new phone and computer + good health, and looking forward to following the rest of the tour. Jeans look great.

Dropping off the jeans (yesterday):
Big buses have arrived!
I want to swim, but ain't no stopping this rain...
Non-tour jeans of the day: Warehouse.

Sorry about the lack of updates the past couple of days. It has been raining so much here that I've been wearing rain gear all the time, plus it makes for a much more stressful production at the festival. The jeans were just dropped off at the post office, on the way to SLAB soon, and I will get on the promised documentation when I get back to my computer later.

Haha, @Maynard! In your dreams.
Yeah, it's a real bummer. But fun to be a part of for me too, although not the way I imagined, and fun to follow and get to know a little bit about you.

I guess this proves that there are some cuts that are just not made for us gals.... Usually if the thighs fit I'm good, I think maybe the relatively low back rise is the reason why this didn't work.

Ouffff! I'm afraid it's a no go. I can barely wear the jeans, uncomfortably, and with the fear that I'll rip them if I sit down too fast or make any sudden movements. No use in prolonging this, I'll send the jeans right off to the next guy. To make up for the two weeks or so in transit I can document my life and surroundings until @SLAB (up next, right?) receives them, if only to keep the thread alive. Thoughts?
So sorry, guys!! And sorry about the expensive postage too @Hendsch, although I guess it would've been the same to any European country.1 -
Oh my, Nordic leg of tour in danger on account of ass being too fat. Hmmm. I will try to wear today, see how much they stretch and then decide. Photos to come when I look a little less like a stuffed sausage.
I would hate to disappoint you + I had so much fun coming up with the festival, so this just has to work out. Thighs and waist fit fine, so it might. I'll keep you posted.

A little while ago I took delivery as they say ( = passed by the local post office to collect). I had to run out again to work a little more, but I mananged to take two photos on my way home.
The jeans safely attached for the two minute bike ride home.
I passed this mural portrait of Edvard Munch, the artist famous for The Scream, made by a Norwegian cartoonist who published a comic book about Munch's life a few years ago. I don't think the graffiti on the lower part is supposed to be there though.
More to come later!

Just got a notification from the tracking app, the jeans are in town and headed my way, so I'll probably get them tomorrow morning. Yay! Full update/documentation then.

Yes, they are looking good, well done Hendsch! I'm very excited about my turn now.

If the measurements turn out to be on the smaller side of 32, I'd be very happy to take part! I've already signed up for the Denime 66xx World Tour though, but my leg is up next, so plenty of time in-between.

Plus-rep for yay!

Tickets if you can get a table. Haven't been but I've heard that the same people's Japanese-Peruvian fusion restaurant Pakta is also very good. Bar Brutal for all your natural wine needs.
Edit: That was all Barcelona.

I ordered the 900 which was raw and still smaller than given measurements. I was a bit absent-minded when I ordered, for some reason I thought it was one-wash, but I'll put it on hold for skinnier times (bad knees + surgeries + rehabilitation = weight gain, that's where I'm at now).

Yeah! My joke aside though, prudent spending is never ever a bad thing!
(I recently spent a year and a half not buying anything except socks and underwear but that's another story. Suffice to say it was an eye-opener.)

Sounds like you guys are on a tight leash!
Lucky for me I'm a woman and I am independent, I make my own money so don't tell me how to spend it (in the immortal words of Salt'N'Pepa).
Looking forward to my turn, and to see more of yours, @Hendsch!

Sorry, @SLAB, I accidentally neg-repped you on the iPad. Obviously a plus, great fit!

Super fit, @Hendsch!

Oooh, my size and a good price, very tempting, I hope Frost buys them before I do something my wallet will regret.

No problems at all with Hendsch taking June-July, but would you mind trading places with me, @Artisandenim? I have so much fun going on in August and close to nothing in September, just thought it would be more interesting to follow for the rest here. We're both in Europe, so shipping should work out well.
Edit: Just saw that @Lendo is in-between too, no worries if it's a lot of hassle to change the order.

It would be fun to wear and document the jeans in August as it's the most action filled month of my (work) year, but I guess someone can take a turn in between, depending on how long it takes to send them. I'm in Norway by the way.
Any month works for me though!

Alright, let's try this again! Took some new fit pics yesterday that are a little better than the previous ones.
This is after one day of wear. A little tight in the top block, but I had no problem with buttoning and I can bike comfortably, which is most important. No doubt that they will stretch a little more.
I'm most pleased!
Measurements on the S&S page were spot-on, only the leg opening is now 7.5" after hemming.

Thanks! And that sounds good, looking forward to my turn.
(Haha, I see what you mean: The tower is actually the top of a church on the street below the hill that I live on.)

The top-button on my S&S x Ooe got caught on a fence that I was moving and came off. Any idea if it's worth trying to contact them for an original button or should I just replace with a generic option that's possible to find here?
