  12. Here's my old San Antonio made LVC '47's. They've been repaired a couple times and in need of more work, but still going strong!

  14. John Chapman from Good Wear makes a great D-1 mechanics jacket in addition to his other offerings. It's a surprisingly lightweight but very warm jacket.

    The original leather on my WWII garrison belt finally cracked and split. It took a while, but finally found a maker who could replicate the 1.75" wide brown leather as used on the original. Here's a photo with the original all brass buckle attached.

  19. My old LVC 1947 555 501's from the 90's worn and repaired multiple times. They were my first pair of LVC denim so trying to keep them repaired and in service.

    Dr, I know you're all set but here's a pick of the fly. These have a decently high rise of 11" for a sz 33 waist.

    Dr., I saw them as well and had to get a pair. I too need another pair of buckle backs like a hole in the head!
  23. I bought them on sale from the RRL store on West Broadway about five or six years ago.
  24. Digging my old RRL rough outs. Supposedly RRL worked with a Pennsylvania boot maker who had a contract supplying boots to the US Army in WWII.
  25. They also reproduced the quartermaster tag.
