@whitney case in point... meta took down superfuture's facebook page on october 14th last year - they will not give an explanation nor reasons other than the standard not meeting their 'community standards' bullshit. the content (lovely fluffy pics of pretty shops) is possibly the least offensive imagery on the entire internet. the page had 10k+ users and superfuture was spending every month on advertising - not a lot - but we were still a paying customer. the content and the 10k users are frozen offline despite endless attempts to resurrect the page. gave up trying in july after endless circular kafkaesque conversations with AI customer servicebots. insanely frustrating.
