One hobby that I’ve picked up recently (within the last 5 years I think?) is picking up a locally made coffee mug whenever I visit somewhere new.
This, paired with my general love for coffee mugs, has led to far too many mugs in my limited cabinet space. Here are a few of my favourites:
This one is by Hammerly Ceramics out of Colorado
this is by Settle Ceramics here in Austin
and this is by Whiskey and Clay in New Mexico

Arctic exploration or just snow in Texas?
3sixteen watch cap/Patagonia/Merz B Schwannen/Vintage/LL Bean
No denim today, just these cozy vintage military pants that belonged to the dad when he was in the Antarctic.
Is this outfit overkill for the light snow we get in Texas? Yes.Am I cozy as fuck? Also yes.

Thanks @Maynard Friedman I couldn’t see any stitching on the rear pocket in the original SE pictures, but now that I zoom in I can see it.

Speaking of the BNB1’s, I recently picked up a lightly worn pair off Grailed (size 31), however I unfortunately misjudged my pandemic pants sizing and they are too small and will be back up for sale. It does look like the previous owner has added a lining to the rear pockets. The fabric is pretty cool though, would love to see it after some heavy wear.

Great theme for a thread, think there’ll be quite a few things I’ll be contributing here, one at a time though.
Think I’ll start here though, a Lane Acclaim coffee table (ca.1960) picked up pretty cheap at a local vintage store
Although it was in pretty rough shape when I first picked it up
After a bit of a refinish it was looking much better

yeah that’s kind of what I was thinking, although Chamula’s “fair isle” is more of and Icelandic lopapeysa than a true fair isle, and outside of Jamieson’s, Inis Meain, and Howlin, I don’t really know what brands I should be looking out for so all help is appreciated!

Do you still own this jacket? Asking because this year's release is in gold and it looks lo-ve-ly!
Fairly late replying to this, but I do still own it, however I am (fairly unsuccessfully) trying to sell it as it’s just too snug on me.
Once I sell it I’ll likely try to and pick up one in a larger size, I really love the wine colour they released last year.1 -
Anyone have any experience with Chamula? Thinking about snagging one of their fair isle sweaters.

Thanks @tigerstrom! Looking forward to getting some good wear out of these when the temps start dropping below 90°.
Here are my pocket bags, I would have been cool with a really funky combination but these a great too.18 -

Here are mine post hot wash/dryer - size 32
I sized down a little on these, I probably could have gone with a 33 but I've been running a lot and losing some weight and I didn't want to end up with jeans that were too big.
Waist was definitely a little snug when I first pulled them out, couldn't get the top button done, but they've since stretched out. Measured them and they come out to 32 on the dot, hoping they have a little more stretch in them too. I also asked for a post wash inseam of 32" and that's exactly what they come out to.
The rise is definitely the highest I have, it was comically high pre wash, and they're the straightest jeans I have, but I'm looking forward to wearing them more when it cools down.
For pocket bags I got olive and brown duck canvas, which I dig. Kind of enjoy the jumbo cuff but I may switch it up to a double cuff.

Been a while since I posted anything but seeing as I now have so much time on my hands I figured I’d start up again.

Gave my pair another wash, hot this time, and they really shrank up to exactly where I wanted them. Top block is not spot on.
Still trying to figure out how I want to cuff them though, currently rocking some jumbo cuffs but I’ll probably experiment for a while

@dau how’s the fit? Any shrink or stretch in the fabric?
Looks like I’m right between a 31 and 32 as far as measurement go, but it seems I can only find 32’s for sale (after searching rakuten and yahoo auctions as well) but I have a feeling a 31 might be closer to what I’m looking for.
